The Role:This varied role includes responsibilities from financial management to people development, with key focus on:

Driving gym performance through detailed action plans and ensuring a safe, legal environment

Fostering a positive and motivating work environment

Building and developing a highly engaged team of Personal Trainers, Fitness Coaches, and an Assistant Gym Manager

Recruiting new Personal Trainers and Fitness Coaches

Delivering excellent member experiences through high service standards

Managing and improving Group Exercise offerings within the gym

Reporting to a Cluster Manager, you will be part of a team of Gym Managers and fitness professionals dedicated to creating exceptional experiences for members and a great place to work and workout. You will manage your own team and collaborate with other Gym Managers to enhance performance across your cluster.

Previous management experience and a passion for fitness and wellbeing

Experience managing budgets, financial reporting, and inventory

Level 2 qualification in gym instructing and experience in group exercise teaching
