About the Team The Gym Operations team are responsible for managing and overseeing the day to day operations of our gyms. This team ensures that the gym runs efficiently and effectively, providing a safe, clean, and welcoming environment that delivers an outstanding member experience. The Role Regularly clean and sanitise gym equipment, facilities, common areas, studios, changing rooms and high-touch surfaces to ensure gym standards are maintained to the highest level. Maintain cleanliness throughout the gym by vacuuming, sweeping, mopping and carrying out general housekeeping tasks as required. Clean and sanitise all sanitary facilities, including toilets, washrooms, showers, changing areas and team welfare spaces.
