Instead of working in one department, we''re looking for new Team Members to work across different teams on resort to support our guests and provide them with a fantastic experience during their stay with Butlin''s.As a Team Member + 1 Guest Services, you will work on Monday and Fridays cleaning our accommodation and then work in our Guest Services Team for the remaining hours of your contract.In accommodation you will support with a range of cleaning tasks including changing beds, cleaning and disinfecting of bathrooms, hoovering, maintenance of floors, cleaning and dusting of furniture and fittings in designated areas, cleaning kitchens and living areas. of toilets and changing rooms. This will involve heavy lifting and going up and down stairs with cleaning equipment. We have a fantastic cleaning program for new starters to provide all the training you need. Our Guest Services Centre is full of passionate and forward-thinking individuals - all looking to make a difference to our guests. This isn''t just about answering calls!
