This role is perfect for someone passionate about hospitality and live events, offering a unique blend of hostess, receptionist, and administrative responsibilities.Day-to-day of the role:Act as the first point of contact for all guests, delivering a warm, professional welcome.Efficiently manage reservations, walk-ins, and seating, ensuring a smooth flow.Handle guest communications professionally via email, phone, and online platforms.Provide administrative support to the General Manager and senior management team.Coordinate large bookings, pre-orders, and special requests across departments.Support the coordination of live events and private hires, ensuring seamless service delivery.Monitor guest feedback and online reviews, contributing to the continuous improvement of the guest experience.Required Skills and Qualifications:Must have strong MS Office Skills: Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint Data Administration - proficiency in using booking systems like OpenTable and comfortable with email, spreadsheets, and basic reporting toolsPrevious experience in hospitality, reception, reservations, or an ..... full job details .....
