GRP Laminator Trimmer Location: Norfolk (NR16)Salary: £15.50 £16.00 per hourHours: Monday to Friday, 8:00am 4:30pm (40 hours)Overtime: Available The Company We re recruiting on behalf of a well-established composites manufacturer based in Norfolk, with over 30 years experience delivering high-quality GRP solutions across a range of industries.The business produces bespoke composite components for applications including: MarineAutomotive (including aerodynamic parts)AerospaceCommercial and industrial sectors This is a small, skilled team with exciting growth plans, offering long-term stability and the chance to be part of a business on the up. The Role You ll play a key role in the production of high-quality GRP components, working across a variety of projects rather than repetitive batch work.Key responsibilities: Hand lay-up of GRP components using polyester resins and reinforcementsWorking from drawings, patterns, and lay-up specificationsPreparing moulds (cleaning, waxing, release agents)Laminating, rolling, and consolidating materialsTrimming and finishing componentsCarrying out quality checks to meet customer specificationsSupporting production targets within a close-knit team What We re Looking For Proven experience in GRP / fibreglass hand lay laminating and trimmingExperience within marine, automotive, aerospace or similar sectorsAbility to read and interpret drawings/specificationsGood understanding of materials, resins, and lay-up processesStrong attention to ..... full job details .....
