Growth Marketing Manager – Retail Financial Services, based in London with hybrid working. Our client is a high-profile retail financial services organisation seeking a commercially driven marketer to lead digital growth strategies and data-led campaigns across multiple markets.What you’ll be doing
Leading multi-country digital campaigns across PPC, paid social, programmatic, SEO, and Google Performance Max.Collaborating with media and creative agencies to deliver high-performing, insight-driven campaigns.Building analytics infrastructure, reporting dashboards, and using data to optimise performance (MMM experience a plus).Driving customer acquisition and engagement through CRO, testing roadmaps, and continuous optimisation.Navigating complex, regulated environments with legal, compliance, and data privacy teams.What we’re looking for
Experience in a B2C financial services (preferred) or regulated B2C organisation.Strong analytical and numerical skills – confident in reporting, interpreting data, and making strategic recommendations. (essential)Proven success in growth marketing across digital channels including paid media.Experience working with media planning agencies.ATL marketing experience is a bonus.Seniority level
