Having achieved strong early customer traction and secured backing from experienced investors, the business is entering a critical stage of growth. They are now looking for their first dedicated marketing hire to help build awareness, generate demand and establish a scalable growth engine. About the Role This is a founding marketing hire and a rare opportunity to build the growth function from the ground up. Working directly with the founders, you''ll take ownership of marketing strategy, positioning, demand generation and performance. A core responsibility will be building and optimising the company''s inbound demand generation engine, creating a predictable flow of qualified opportunities through content, organic, paid, founder-led and product-led initiatives. This is not a role for someone looking to inherit an established team or existing playbook. The founders are looking for a builder. Someone who enjoys creating systems, testing ideas, moving quickly and helping scale a business during its formative years. This is a full-time office-based role.
