Our team of over 200 employees is spread across 25 U.S. states and five countries, supporting global pharmaceutical, medical device, research agencies, and consultancy firms.As we grow our healthcare professional panel and expand our customer platform offering, we are seeking a Growth Marketer, EU to focus on expanding our healthcare professional panel base across Europe, the United Kingdom, and Canada. This role is integral to implementing innovative strategies to attract healthcare professionals (HCPs) and strengthen our high-quality research panel.

Responsibilities

Take on a pivotal growth marketing-focused role that directly influences Konovo''s growth in Europe.

Develop and implement effective growth strategies with autonomy.

Collaborate with internal teams to coordinate recruitment initiatives and align with business objectives.

Represent Konovo at conferences, training sessions, and networking events to enhance Konovo''s presence and build lasting professional relationships.

Use data-driven insights to evaluate the effectiveness of growth campaigns and continuously refine outreach strategies.

Work independently while collaborating with colleagues across the EU and UK, fostering teamwork and self-directed business development.

What We''re Looking For

Business fluency in English plus one or more of Spanish, Italian, German, or French.

5+ years of experience in recruitment, business development, healthcare engagement, or market research.

Experience researching, planning, and executing recruitment initiatives in the healthcare and life sciences sector.

Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills with the ability to engage a diverse range of healthcare professionals.

Analytical mindset with the ability to evaluate recruitment performance and optimise outreach efforts.

Willingness to travel across the UK and Europe to support recruitment activities and attend industry events.
