This is a pivotal role where you will own their largest performance marketing channels, with a specific focus on Meta, while also shaping the broader growth roadmap for our brand. Key Responsibilities Meta Ads Mastery: -Take full ownership of the Meta Ads account, managing significant budgets and driving efficiency through constant testing and optimisation. Performance Creative Strategy: -Collaborate with the creative team to develop high-converting performance assets, using data to iterate on hooks, formats and messaging. Full-Funnel Growth: -Oversee broader growth duties, including managing other paid social/search channels, landing page optimization (LPO) and retention touchpoints.
