Growth Lead

A leading, early-stage technology business is building an AI "system of action" for UK lettings and estate agencies - sitting on top of the agent''s CRM and running core operational work (prospecting, viewings, maintenance, compliance and arrears). A big part of this runs through a voice agent that answers calls when branches cannot. They''re hiring their first Growth Lead to own the growth function end-to-end - shaping positioning, building demand from scratch, and scaling a repeatable engine that drives qualified demos and pipeline. Role: Growth LeadLocation: London (SW1H) - office-based (4 days/week)Type: Permanent, full-timeSalary: DOE + equity Key responsibilities include: Own positioning and messaging - find what makes a busy, sceptical audience lean in, and prove it lands Build the demand engine across content, events, organic, founder-led and paid social Own the funnel from first touch through to qualified demo - ensuring consistent flow for sales Get close to customers - speak to agents, sit in on sales calls, and turn insights into campaigns Measure performance across channels - know what''s working, why, and what to change Hire and build a small team once the motion is working and a playbook exists Key skills and experience include: Proven experience building demand from near-zero in vertical/SMB B2B (with clear impact to show) Comfortable selling something the market does not yet "know it needs" to non-technical, time-poor buyers Hands-on, builder mindset - ..... full job details .....
