This role will support the continued growth and development of domiciliary care services across Hampshire through the strengthening of professional relationships, community engagement and local partnerships. This is an excellent opportunity for an individual who enjoys relationship building, networking and stakeholder engagement. Working closely with healthcare professionals, community organisations and local authorities you will help raise awareness of services, develop referral networks and support sustainable growth through trusted partnerships.
