Overview

Group Travel Specialist – South Manchester. This is a fully office-based role based in South Manchester, with salary from £26,000 DOE. Hours are Monday to Friday with a half-day Saturday; Sundays are closed.Role

Handling group travel bookings for various clients and agents.Creating and managing complex itineraries.Booking flights, accommodation, and other travel services using a GDS (Amadeus preferred, but others considered).Negotiating group rates with suppliers and ensuring best value for clients.Providing high levels of customer service and post-booking support.Candidate Requirements

Previous experience in either group travel bookings, tour operations or retail travel.Experience using at least one GDS (preferred but not essential).Highly organised with strong attention to detail.Confident communicator and team player.Comfortable working in a fully office-based environment.Working Hours

Monday to Friday: Office hours. Saturday: Half-day rota. Sunday: Closed (every week).Application
