We are currently looking for an experienced and highly organised Warranty Manager to take responsibility for overseeing warranty operations across a busy automotive group.

The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring warranty processes are managed effectively, claims are submitted accurately and efficiently, and the business consistently meets all relevant manufacturer and extended warranty requirements.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced warranty professional looking to take ownership of warranty operations across multiple locations and make a direct contribution to aftersales performance and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee all warranty operations across both sites.
• Ensure warranty claims are processed accurately, efficiently and within required timescales.
• Maintain full compliance with manufacturer warranty procedures, policies and requirements.
• Manage and support the warranty administration process from initial claim through to submission and payment.
• Monitor warranty claims, identify discrepancies and resolve issues promptly.
• Maintain accurate warranty records and ensure all supporting documentation is complete and compliant.
• Prepare the business for regular warranty audits and ensure all required standards are consistently maintained.
• Monitor audit performance and implement corrective actions where required.
• Support the Aftersales teams with warranty queries, guidance and process improvements.
• Keep up to date with changes to warranty policies, procedures and extended warranty requirements.
• Identify opportunities to improve warranty processes, reduce rejected claims and maximise warranty recovery.

The ideal candidate will have:

• Previous experience in an automotive warranty role.
• Strong knowledge of warranty processes and claim administration.
• Experience preparing for and managing warranty audits.
• The ability to work independently while also supporting wider Aftersales teams.
• A full UK driving licence and the flexibility to travel between sites.

Salary & Benefits

-32,000 basic salary

-40,000 OTE
