Group Transformation ManagerLocation: Reading (with regular travel across UK and Europe) and regular meetings in LondonOur client is a successful international organisation with over 1,000 employees across the UK and Europe. As the business continues to grow, they are seeking a Group Transformation Manager to work directly with the CEO and CFO, delivering strategic initiatives that drive commercial performance, operational excellence and EBITDA growth.This is an exceptional opportunity to join a growing international business in a newly created, high-profile position with direct access to the executive leadership team. You''ll gain exposure to strategic decision-making, lead business-critical transformation projects and build the experience needed to progress into senior leadership roles in the future.This is not a traditional PMO or governance role and you will not have direct reports initially.
