As the business continues to grow both organically and through strategic acquisitions, they are seeking a skilled and motivated Group Technical and Statutory Accountant to join their London-based team. Reporting to the Head of Group Reporting, the Group Technical and Statutory Accountant this role offers exceptional exposure across the business and opportunities for professional growth, particularly in a dynamic, rapidly expanding organisation. Key Responsibilities:Lead the preparation of consolidated statutory accounts for the group, including complex processes such as IFRS 9 Expected Credit Loss modelling and annual goodwill impairment reviews.Act as the primary contact for external auditors, managing the audit processOversee the audit and reporting requirements for UK statutory entities (approximately 25 companies), including first-time audits for newly acquired entities.
