Group Tax Manager

Our client is a highly successful, market-leading business with revenues exceeding £400m and an impressive track record of growth. As the business continues to evolve, an opportunity has arisen for an experienced Group Tax Manager to join the finance leadership team and take ownership of the group''s tax agenda. This is a broad and commercially focused role, offering exposure across all areas of taxation whilst partnering closely with senior stakeholders across the business. The Role Reporting into senior finance leadership, you will be responsible for:Managing all aspects of UK corporate tax compliance and reportingOverseeing indirect tax matters including VAT compliance and advisory supportActing as the key point of contact for HMRC and external advisorsSupporting acquisitions, restructures and strategic business projects from a tax perspectiveIdentifying tax risks and opportunities across the groupEnsuring robust tax governance and controls are maintainedProviding commercially focused tax advice to senior stakeholders and operational teamsLeading the relationship with external auditors and tax advisers About You We are keen to speak with high-calibre tax professionals who can demonstrate:ACA / CTA or equivalent professional qualificationTraining gained within a Big 4 or leading professional services environmentOperating currently at Senior Manager level or aboveStrong technical knowledge across corporate tax, with exposure to indirect tax advantageousExcellent stakeholder ..... full job details .....
