As such, this role offers a rare opportunity to shape the tax and treasury function within a multi-jurisdictional, scaling group.The OpportunityReporting directly into the Group Financial Controller and partnering closely with the CFO, this role will take ownership of the Group''s tax, treasury and financial risk management activities on a global basis.You will play a key role in ensuring the business is structured effectively from a liquidity, funding and tax perspective, while also supporting integration activity and future strategic transactions.This is a highly visible role, offering direct exposure to senior leadership, investors and key external stakeholders.Key ResponsibilitiesTax Strategy and ComplianceOwn and deliver the Group''s tax strategy, balancing efficiency with a low-risk profileEnsure compliance across all corporate and indirect tax obligations globallyManage relationships with tax authorities and oversee audits or enquiriesLead tax reporting, including provisions, deferred tax and effective ..... full job details .....
