Group Talent Acquisition & HR Advisor - Central People Team

Background:Agilio Software Group is the UK’s largest provider of back office,compliance, and workforce solutions in primary care and dental.We have ambitious and exciting growth plans and are looking fortalented individuals to be part of our journey.Job purpose:The Talent Acquisition / HR Advisor Officer is responsible for sourcing,attracting, and engaging top talent across the UK, Europe, andinternational markets to support Agilio’s growth. Working as part of theCentral People Team, this role partners closely with hiring managers tounderstand workforce needs, deliver effective recruitment strategies,and provide HR advice and support throughout the employee lifecycle.You will be responsible for:Talent Acquisition• Partner with hiring managers to define rolerequirements and develop tailored sourcingstrategies.• Manage end-to-end recruitment processesincluding advertising, screening, interviewing,and offer management.• Build and maintain talent pipelines for criticaland hard-to-fill roles across multiplegeographies.• Utilise a range of sourcing tools and platformsto attract diverse and high-quality candidates.• Support employer branding initiatives toposition Agilio as an employer of choice.
HR Advice• Provide HR advice and guidance to managersand employees in line with company policiesand employment law.
General• Contribute to the continuous improvement ofrecruitment and HR processes with a focus onusing AI.• Maintain accurate recruitment and HR recordsand ensure compliance with GDPR and otherregulations.• Support onboarding and induction processes fornew hires.• Collaborate with the wider People Team onprojects and initiatives that enhance employeeexperience.
The skills and experience which we are looking for in our GroupTalent Acquisition and HR Advisor:Essential• 2+ years of full-cycle recruitment experience in a tech orprofessional services environment• Solid understanding of employment law, GDPR, and HR best practices• Proven track record of hitting recruitment metrics and improvingcandidate experience• Familiarity with AI-powered HR tools and platforms• Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills• Strong organisational skills and attention to detailDesirable• Level 5 CIPD Human ResourcesAdditional InformationThis is a full-time role based ideally in Sheffield on a hybridarrangement.
