Group SHEQ ImplementerLocation: Telford or Tamworth (Midlands-based)Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 08:30-17:00Travel: UK-wide travel to company sitesThe RoleWe are currently recruiting for a Group SHEQ Implementer to join a business in a key role supporting the implementation and development of its Safety, Health, Environment and Quality (SHEQ) systems across multiple UK sites.Based from either Telford or Tamworth, you will work across sites in Tamworth, Telford, Scunthorpe, Paignton and Norwich, helping to maintain high standards of health and safety, environmental compliance and quality management.This is a hands-on role suited to someone with experience in SHEQ within an industrial or manufacturing environment, who enjoys working with site teams, delivering training and driving continuous improvement.Key ResponsibilitiesImplement and maintain SHEQ management systems in line with relevant ISO standards, including ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO 45001.Conduct site inspections, audits, risk assessments and gap analyses to identify areas for improvement.Deliver SHEQ training and promote awareness of health, safety, environmental and quality procedures across the business.Investigate accidents, incidents and near misses, identifying root causes and implementing corrective and preventative actions.Monitor compliance with relevant legislation, regulations and internal policies.Maintain accurate SHEQ documentation, records and performance reports.Support internal and external ..... full job details .....
