BIM Manager / Senior Architectural Technologist

The role function is to support the company’s design and technical teams.

Responsibilities:

• Helping to manage the transition from Autocad to Revit.
• Coordinating data flow
• preparing construction plans and technical details using CAD/Revit software.
• Developing specifications and assisting with housing standards and regulatory approvals.
• Producing working drawings.
• Managing building regulation applications
• Resolving technical queries to ensure site developments run smoothly.

Salary Expectations:

• Typically ranges between £50,000 to £52,000 per year, depending on experience.
• Company Car (EV/ Hybrid or Petrol or Car Allowance.
• Fuel Card
• 7:30am – 4pm
• Hybrid work (3 days in the office)
