Working closely with the Group Sales team, you will design, deliver and continuously improve training programmes that support Development Sales Managers, Sales Managers and Sales Directors at every stage of their career. You will help shape the future of sales development at Miller Homes, ensuring our teams have the skills, knowledge and behaviours needed to deliver outstanding customer experiences and achieve business objectives.
