Working-within-a-fast-paced-inbound-travel-environment,-you-will-be-responsible-for-creating-bespoke-itineraries-for-international-groups-travelling-throughout-the-UK-and-Ireland.-This-is-an-excellent-opportunity-for-someone-who-enjoys-building-relationships,-negotiating-with-suppliers-and-managing-bookings-from-enquiry-through-to-completion.

The-Role

• Manage-group-travel-enquiries-and-prepare-quotations.
• Create-bespoke-itineraries-for-international-groups.
• Liaise-with-hotels,-attractions-and-transport-suppliers-to-negotiate-rates-and-availability.
• Confirm-bookings-and-prepare-travel-documentation.
• Deliver-exceptional-customer-service-while-building-strong-relationships-with-clients-and-suppliers.

About-You

• Fluent-in-Italian and-English-(essential).
• Experience-within-Inbound-Travel,-Hotel-Group-Reservations,-Reservations-or-Hotel-Reception.
• Excellent-organisational,-communication-and-customer-service-skills.
• Highly-organised-with-strong-attention-to-detail.
• A-positive-team-player-with-a-passion-for-travel.
