Group Reporting Manager

The BusinessA well established, multinational organisation investing in its Group finance function following a significant finance transformation. The business is strengthening its Group Controllership capability as part of a broader evolution of reporting controls and systems.The RoleOwn the end to end group consolidation and close process across a complex, multi-entity environmentDeliver high quality group PandL, balance sheet, cash flow and internal management reportingAct as a key owner of group consolidation systems and structures Maintain strong controls, accounting policy adherence and audit readinessPartner closely with FPandA and senior finance stakeholders across the groupSupport ongoing process improvement and close optimisation initiatives post transformationPersonACA / ACCA (or equivalent) qualifiedBackground in audit (Big 4 / Top 10) and/or group reporting in industryStrong technical understanding of IFRS, group consolidations, multi-currency and intercompanyHands on experience with consolidation tools (HFM preferred)Comfortable operating in a developing, change led finance environmentDetail driven, with the confidence to challenge and improve existing processesIf you are open to exploring your next move, please get in touch and we can arrange a call to talk through the role in more detail. ..... full job details .....
