Reporting into the Head of Financial Reporting, this is a key role where you will lead the Group reporting function and take ownership of the consolidation process. Key responsibilities Team Leadership: Lead and support the Group Reporting team of five accountants, while contributing to wider leadership across the Finance department. Group Consolidation: Own the half-yearly Group consolidation process, including reporting and analysis of key financial ratios and performance metrics. External Reporting: Oversee the preparation of financial statements and accompanying notes for the Annual Report and half-yearly report. Quarterly Reporting: Partner with senior Finance colleagues to deliver quarterly management reporting, including Underlying Profit.
