Group Reporting Manager Please to be supporting our long standing, FTSE-listed client in the real estate investment industry with their search for a new Group Reporting Manager to join their team in Central London. Reporting into the Head of Financial Reporting, this is a key role where you will lead the Group reporting function and take ownership of the consolidation process. Key responsibilities Team Leadership: Lead and support the Group Reporting team of five accountants, while contributing to wider leadership across the Finance department. Group Consolidation: Own the half-yearly Group consolidation process, including reporting and analysis of key financial ratios and performance metrics. External Reporting: Oversee the preparation of financial statements and accompanying notes for the Annual Report and half-yearly report. Quarterly Reporting: Partner with senior Finance colleagues to deliver quarterly management reporting, including Underlying Profit. Audit Management: Act as a key contact for external audit managers, ensuring queries and issues are resolved promptly and effectively. Corporate Transactions: Collaborate with Tax, Treasury and Capital Markets teams on corporate transactions and restructurings. Technical Accounting: Resolve complex accounting matters, preparing and presenting technical accounting papers where required.
