Group Reporting Manager - FTC / InterimLocation: West London / HybridDuration: 6-12 months, depending on availabilityType: Fixed-Term Contract or Interim Day RateThe OpportunityA growing and acquisitive UK-listed group is looking to appoint a Group Reporting Manager on either a Fixed-Term Contract or Interim Day Rate basis.This is an excellent opportunity for a technically strong qualified accountant to join a central finance function and take ownership of key Group reporting and consolidation activities within a complex, multi-entity environment.The role would suit an experienced Group Reporting or Financial Reporting professional who is comfortable operating in a fast-paced environment and can quickly take ownership of existing processes.The RoleReporting into the senior finance leadership team, you will take responsibility for the Group''s reporting and consolidation activities, working closely with finance teams across the business and senior internal and external stakeholders.Key responsibilities will include:Ownership of the monthly Group consolidation and reporting processPreparation and review of consolidated management informationSupporting the preparation of statutory accounts and annual reportingManaging the year-end reporting timetable and coordinating with external auditorsEnsuring compliance with relevant UK accounting standards and reporting requirementsProviding technical accounting guidance across the GroupReviewing accounting treatments for acquisitions, ..... full job details .....
