Group Reporting Accountant Candidate ProfileWe are seeking a qualified, ambitious, and technically capable finance Accountant / Group Financial Accountant who is a proactive self-starter with a strong desire to learn and drive continuous improvement across the organisation.The successful candidate will take ownership of a range of strategic and operational projects, including system implementations, AI initiatives, and process enhancement programmes as well as acquisition accounting. They will play a key role in configuring and optimising financial systems for the wider group, ensuring appropriate access controls and supporting users across the business.Key RequirementsACA qualified (or equivalent).Strong technical accounting expertise with the ability to manage complex consolidations and group reporting.Highly systems-oriented and technology-savvy, with experience of finance systems, process automation, and digital transformation initiatives.Comfortable operating in a hands-on environment and taking ownership of projects from conception through to implementation.Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence change across the organisation.ResponsibilitiesManage the monthly financial close process across four legal entities.Receive trial balance-level information from local finance teams and complete the month-end close, consolidations, and reporting requirements.Prepare accurate and timely management and financial reporting for the group.Lead and support ..... full job details .....
