Axon Moore are exclusively partnering with one of our key clients to recruit a Group Reporting Accountant for their high-growth, PE-backed business. This is a company with a remarkable track record, driven by strategic acquisitions and ongoing expansion. This role is a great fit for an ACA/ACCA-qualified second-time mover looking to apply their technical skills in a group reporting capacity, while also gaining hands-on experience across a variety of projects. These include pre- and post-acquisition integration, structural simplification, systems implementation, process improvement, and enhancements to both financial and operational reporting. The successful candidate will be a confident and capable business partner, with the opportunity to work closely with teams across all areas of the business. Other responsibilities include: Ownership of the Group Financials including the PandL and balance sheet reconciliationsConsolidation of the monthly Group accounts and forecastSupport the Group Financial Controller with the month end reporting and preparation of financial information for the board meetingsAssist with the preparation of the annual statutory accounts for the Group and subsidiariesSupport with driving the financial controls across the Group; with the view of standardising and developing group wide processes and reportingAssistance with preparation of annual Group budget and forecastingMonitor divisional compliance with accounting standards and Group accounting ..... full job details .....
