Day to Day

• Lead financial support for capital projects, budgets and investment decisions.
• Provide financial advice to operational managers and service leads.
• Monitor capital expenditure, funding and project costs.
• Build strong stakeholder relationships, providing constructive challenge and practical financial guidance.

Requirements (qualifications/experience)

• Strong finance business partnering experience, ideally within local government.
• Knowledge of capital programmes, property/estates finance or asset management.
• Ability to influence non-finance stakeholders and translate financial information into clear, practical advice.
