If so join our Substance Misuse Service at HMP Brixton and play a key role in delivering life-changing therapeutic programmes that support men to overcome drug and alcohol dependency. What you''ll be doing: Lead and coordinate therapeutic group programmes including Stepping Stones, SDTP and The Bridge. Deliver engaging group sessions and 1:1 interventions using a trauma-informed, recovery-focused approach. Support individuals to build sustainable recovery pathways and positive futures. Coordinate referrals, assessments, programme timetables and outcomes. Develop and grow mutual aid groups and peer-led recovery initiatives. Recruit, support and oversee lived experience volunteers and peer mentors. Work closely with healthcare professionals, prison staff and recovery teams to deliver outstanding support.
