Group Parts Manager

Group Parts Manager required for Automotive Car Dealership located in Talbot Green.

The salary on offer for this Group Parts Manager is £35,000.

- Working hours are 40 per week; Monday to Friday 8:00am to 5:00pm with an hour for lunch, and 1 in 3 Saturday mornings.

Specification:

- A previous working experience as a Parts Manager
- Managing the sourcing and supply of Vehicle Parts
- Achieving Parts Sales Volumes and profit objectives
- Motivating and developing the Parts Team
- Reasonable commuting distance of either Vale of Glamorgan, or Rhondda Cynon Taff
- Strong Interpersonal Skills
- Capable IT background.

Responsibilities:

- Maximise the profit opportunity in the Parts Department
- Managing a team of 3 Parts Advisors and 3 Parts departments.
- Overseeing the effective Management of all Parts and consumable stocks
- As a Parts Manager it is your duty to recruit for Parts Team Members
- Maintaining standards of performance in the Parts Department through coaching and development.
