Duties as a Group Parts Manager:

• Oversee daily operations at multiple parts sites across Sussex, Surrey, and Hampshire to ensure smooth and efficient processes
• Lead, motivate, and develop a team of parts department staff across different dealership locations
• Maintain high standards of customer service and satisfaction across all sites
• Achieve and surpass sales targets while improving profitability margins
• Implement and oversee stock control procedures, managing budgets effectively
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and internal teams to optimise parts availability and supply chain efficiency
• Monitor industry trends and adapt operational strategies accordingly

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Parts Manager or Group Parts Manager within a dealership environment
• Demonstrable management experience across multiple sites or locations
• Full UK driving licence
• Strong organisational, leadership, and team management skills
• Excellent communication and customer service abilities
• Knowledge of Main Dealership parts operations is highly desirable
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
