The Role: To support the continued growth of our group we''re currently looking for a Group Operations Excellence Lead, you will be reporting into the Chief Operating Officer. This is a strategic role focussing on improving overall operations, looking at radical reform of processes and systems and considering use of A.I. across the group reducing duplication and identifying opportunities for high quality standardisation.
