Group Management Accountant Poole (On-site) Permanent Full-Time £50,000 - £60,000We are supporting a growing, multi-entity business in Poole in their search for a Group Management Accountant to join their finance team.This is an exciting opportunity to join a business during a period of growth and structural change, working closely with senior leadership to support the development of group reporting, processes and controls.The RoleThis is a hands-on and varied role, combining group reporting, team management and process improvement within a fast-moving environment.Key responsibilities include:Preparing monthly management accounts across multiple entitiesProducing consolidated group reporting packsManaging cashflow forecasting and financial reportingSupporting budgeting and forecasting processesManaging and mentoring a small finance teamReviewing transactional finance (AP/AR, reconciliations)Completing balance sheet reconciliationsSupporting system improvements and process developmentAssisting with year-end processes and external stakeholdersSupporting new entity set-ups and evolving group structuresDriving improvements in financial controls and reportingProviding financial insight to senior managementAbout YouYou will be a hands-on and proactive finance professional who enjoys working in a growing, evolving environment.You will likely have:ACA / ACCA / CIMA qualification (or strong QBE experience)Experience producing management accounts within a multi-entity or group ..... full job details .....
