This role offers brilliant training and exposure, hybrid working, progression opportunities and more.Responsibilities:Monthly cashflow reporting to Parent companyPosting bank transactions and preparing bank reconciliations on a weekly basis for 3 subsidiariesMaintaining fixed asset module to include recording new assets, disposals, transfers, monthly depreciation and reconciling to balance sheet for 3 subsidiariesPost monthly journals including but not limited to accruals, payroll, prepayments for 3 subsidiariesReconcile balance sheet accounts for 3 subsidiariesReconcile external supplier accountsEnsure credit cards are reconciled monthlyAnalytical review of PandL against budget and prior year on a monthly basisManage and track commission claims from sales reps for payrollAssist with audit requestsOne direct reportRequirements:Studying towards ACCA/ACA or CIMAExperience working with ERP systems, ideally NetsuiteStrong Excel skillsExperience of month end close processBy applying you will be registered as a candidate with Marc Daniels Specialist Recruitment Limited.
