As the organisation continues to evolve, an opportunity has arisen for a talented Management Accountant to join the finance team.This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to broaden their experience beyond traditional management accounts, with exposure to acquisitions, business integration, commercial finance, statutory reporting and finance transformation projects.The RoleReporting to the Group Financial Controller, you''ll take ownership of the monthly management accounts process for a number of group entities while providing financial insight and support to key stakeholders across the business.Key ResponsibilitiesPrepare accurate and timely monthly management accounts and reporting packsAnalyse financial performance and explain variances against budget and forecastPrepare journals including accruals, prepayments, payroll, fixed assets and intercompany transactionsComplete monthly balance sheet reconciliations and resolve outstanding itemsMaintain fixed asset registers and depreciation schedulesSupport budgeting, forecasting and cash flow reporting processesEnsure compliance with financial controls and reporting standardsAssist with statutory accounts preparation and ..... full job details .....
