Group Management Accountant

A highly regarded Pan-European Real Estate and Hospitality investment group is expanding its Finance function and is looking to appoint a Group Management Accountant to support one of its growing businesses within the care home sector. This is an excellent opportunity for a qualified accountant or strong QBE professional to join a fast-moving, entrepreneurial organisation where you will work closely with the CFO and senior leadership team, gaining broad exposure across financial reporting, commercial analysis, process improvement and operational finance. The Group invests across a diverse range of asset classes, acquiring and developing businesses with a focus on long-term growth. This role will play a key part in strengthening financial controls, improving reporting processes and supporting decision-making across a portfolio of care homes. The Role Reporting directly into the CFO, you will be responsible for the accurate and timely management reporting of the care home group, ensuring robust financial controls, insightful analysis and effective processes are in place. Key responsibilities include: Management Reporting and Commercial Finance Prepare accurate monthly management accounts across the care home portfolio. Produce financial reporting and analysis for senior stakeholders. Support budgeting, forecasting and cash flow planning.
