As our Group Accounting Manager, you will report into our Head of Financial Control and Reporting, playing a vital role in delivering accurate and timely group accounting, while providing our leadership team with insightful financial information to drive performance across regions.How you''ll drive success:
Group and ConsolidationManage the monthly group close process across multiple international entities, ensuring accurate consolidation of resultsAssist in preparing and reviewing the group PandL, balance sheet, and cash flow statements by channel and regionOversee inter-company reconciliations, ensuring completeness, accuracy, and timely resolution of mismatchesSupport transfer pricing compliance and alignment of inter-company agreements with tax and accounting requirementsManagement Accounts and Business Partnering
Deliver high-quality management reports for leadership and budget holders, highlighting performance against budget and key KPIsPartner with the FPandA team to analyse variances and provide actionable insights to support strategic decision-makingMaintain strong relationships with the finance team and operational managers to ensure smooth information flow across marketsStatutory, Tax and Audit
Support the Head of Financial Control and Reporting in preparing for external audits at both entity and group levelReview international indirect tax returns (VAT, GST, sales tax) and ensure compliance with local requirementsAssist with statutory filings for international subsidiaries, liaising with external advisors where neededMinimum 2 years'' experience in a finance role with exposure to multi-entity group consolidations and inter-company accounting (retail or e-commerce experience preferred).ACA/ACCA/CIMA qualified (or finalist with strong technical experience).Experience working with international subsidiaries, foreign currency transactions, and cross-border transactions.Strong attention to detail and accuracy, with the ability to work independently and proactively.Comfortable in a fast-paced, evolving environment where no two months are the same.Excellent relationship-building skills to work effectively across cultures and functions.Our Mission and Values
