The role

This is a role with the European head office of a leading international group with operations in 50+ countries. The London legal team supports high-profile cross-border projects and provides close collaboration with business units across Europe and beyond.Drafting and negotiating complex commercial contracts (tech, telecoms, IT, data, digital products).Advising on strategic cross-border deals and partnerships.Supporting business units across Europe and beyond.Managing external counsel and governance matters.Base pay range
