Responsibilities and duties of the Group Lead Account ManagerReporting to the Service Director, you will:Lead, coach, and develop the Account Management team to achieve revenue, margin, and growth targets.Define and execute commercial and business development strategies within the Waste-to-X / energy services portfolio.Build and maintain long-term strategic customer relationships to support contract renewals and account expansion.Own and manage the sales pipeline, ensuring accurate forecasting and opportunity tracking across service categories.Increase share-of-wallet with existing customers while identifying and securing new accounts and service opportunities.Oversee the successful delivery of service and small-to-medium projects, driving performance, quality, and margin improvement.Act as the primary escalation point for commercial, contractual, and project-related issues.Ensure full compliance with QHSE policies, standards, and regulatory requirements across all account activities.Collaborate closely with Field Service, Technical Service, Spare Parts, and other internal teams ..... full job details .....
