We are pleased to be working with a Top 40 Chartered Accountancy who are currently looking to hire an experienced Payroll Manager to lead and manage their internal payroll function across multiple sites. This is a permanent, full time role.As Payroll Manager, you will work closely with HR and Finance teams and will report directly into the Group Financial Controller.Key Responsibilities:Processing a full end to end in-house payroll across all group officesOversee compliance with UK legislationManage year end processes (P60s, P11Ds, HMRC submissions)Drive standardisation and efficient processesEnsure internal controls, risk management, and preparation for internal and external auditsKey Requirements:Proven experience in a similar role - ideally processing internal payrolls in a stand alone capacityExpert knowledge of UK payroll legislationExperience of processing multi-sited or various group payrollsExperience processing internal payroll within a Chartered Accountancy or Professional Services organisationProven track record in process improvement and efficiencyWhat''s on Offer: 60,000- 65,000 salary DOE25 days annual leave, increasing with service, in addition to a wellbeing day and the option to buy and sell annual leaveLife assuranceFlexible hoursEmployee assistance programmeElectric car salary sacrifice schemeInterviewing ASAP - apply now! ..... full job details .....
