Based at our Tividale Head Office, you will have your own office and the autonomy to manage your diary and working hours. The role involves regular travel across our sites in the North West, East Midlands, Heathrow and Midlands. This is a hands-on, high-profile role working closely with operational teams, engineering and senior management to drive continuous improvement and develop a strong, positive safety culture. Key Responsibilities Lead and continually improve Group HSE policies, procedures and strategy. Conduct site, Driver and Engineering audits, accident investigations and risk assessments. Monitor Operator Licence, DVSA and vehicle compliance, including PMI and maintenance standards. Produce HSE and compliance KPI reports and drive corrective actions.
