The Opportunity: As a Group HSE Manager you ll play a key role in: Leading the development and implementation of health, safety and environmental standards across all UK sites Driving full compliance with HSE legislation, internal standards and Integrated Pollution Prevention and Control (IPPC) requirements Developing and managing the HSE team, embedding a collaborative and proactive culture Conducting internal audits, overseeing risk assessments and implementing safe systems of work in coordination with operational teams Acting as the subject matter expert to senior leadership on HSE matters, identifying risks, reporting RIDDOR incidents and leading investigations Identifying and coordinating all necessary training and certification, supporting continuous learning and capability across teams Ensuring new ..... full job details .....
