Group HR Manager

My client who is a leading Utilities provider for the mains infrastructure is seeking an experienced Group HR Manager. My client deals with installation and replacement, repair and maintenance, specialist drilling and full reinstatement works. Their customer base is predominantly the likes of Cadent, UK Power Networks and Open Reach With over 1000 staff, this organisation has a wide range of staff in both professional services and also site based operatives. The group has a range of specialisms and functions and are seeking a HR Manager covering all aspects of the group. This is a generalist role with no specific specialism in terms of area and will give a wide variety of experience and duties from the operational to the strategic side.
