Group HR Business Partner - West Cornwall / Hybrid - £60,000Well Placed HR are delighted to be working with a successful and growing Cornish business to recruit an experienced Group HR Business Partner.With a workforce of more than 350 employees across several diverse and successful businesses, this is a broad and influential HR role with genuine exposure at senior leadership and Board level.The business has grown at an extraordinary speed and shows no sign of slowing down. This appointment represents an excellent opportunity for an experienced HR professional to take the helm of an established HR function, lead and develop the existing HR team and take ownership of the Group''s people agenda.The Group HR Business Partner will work closely with Directors and senior leadership teams to shape and implement HR strategy, whilst remaining hands-on and visible across the organisation.The role is offered on a permanent, full-time basis, with three days on-site and two days working remotely, alongside some travel between Group locations.The business is headed up by an energetic and entrepreneurial senior leadership team, so this will be no ordinary HR appointment.
