The successful candidate will support the company s HR Function in line with all business requirements. Covering many different aspects of the HR sector this is a very hands-on role with a variety of duties and responsibilities.GROUP HR ADVISOR JOB PURPOSEReporting to the Managing Director you will oversee the smooth running of the HR department to ensure the business complies with the latest employment law legislation and best practice.GROUP HR ADVISOR KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: To be the first point of contact for HR issues across 5 regional offices to provide a comprehensive HR service travelling to the regional offices regularlyEnsuring adherence to employment law and advising line managers on policies and proceduresSupporting managers with complete end to end recruitment process including Company induction for new starters ensuring all log-ins/equipment is ready for start datePrepare all Offer letters and Contracts of EmploymentHandling employee relation matters including, but not limited to disciplinary investigations, grievance, absence, performance management and exit interviewsAdvise on all GDPR mattersResearch, organise and deliver ..... full job details .....
