Supporting managers and employees throughout our growing portfolio of businesses, you'll play a key role in delivering expert advice on employee relations, employment legislation, and people processes, while promoting best practice and creating a positive employee experience. You will play a pivotal role within our HR team, managing a varied employee relations caseload while providing practical advice and coaching to managers across the Group.
