Group HR Advisor (12 Month FTC)

Due to maternity cover, my client require a CIPD Level 5 or above HR professional to work on a 12 month FTC, with a strong chance the role will go to a full time position due to growth over the next year.Reporting to the Group HR Manager and HR Director, your duties will include:Provide advice to managers and employees regarding cases of sickness absence, capability, grievance and disciplinary issuesLiaise with employment lawyers to manage or mitigate employment-related risks and claimsAssist with keeping HR policies up to date in line with changes in legislationEnsure the probationary process is administered in line with legislation, escalating any performanceissues where appropriateProvide advice and support managers with the annual review processSupport managers with project requirements i.e. Security clearance for personnel and contractorsSupport the Training and Development Coordinator for any professional development trainingrequirements across the GroupAdvise managers on available training interventions to feed into the annual review processDepending on the calibre and experience of the candidate, my client would look to pay up to 46k plus package. ..... full job details .....
