OverviewWe are looking for a Group Hospitality Manager who motivates their team to deliver exceptional hospitality and service, and who can lead a collaborative, high-performing team in a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities

Lead, inspire, collaborate and support your direct reports to deliver consistently exceptional standards

Build positive, credible and collaborative relationships and communication with clients and other key stakeholders in the business

Continually develop your team through mentoring, training, recognition, and empowerment

Create a culture of excellence with your team, focusing on caring service, high food standards and innovation

Achieve business-critical KPI''s including Health and Safety, Sustainability, Financial and Governance

Qualifications

Previous experience commensurate with role

Passion for food and customer service

Experience in managing, training, and supporting a team

Financially astute with budgeting and driving commercial performance

Excellent delegation and influencing skills

Ability to prioritise multiple projects in a fast-paced environment and work well under pressure

Meticulous organisational abilities and attention to detail

Concise and effective verbal and written communication

Solution-oriented mindset with adaptability to challenges

Strong strategic thinking and critical reasoning skills
