Lead group-wide health and safety across a UK manufacturing business, driving culture, compliance and continuous improvement. Group Health and Safety Manager Location: Lenwade, Norwich, NR9 Salary: Circa £50,000 per annum Job Type: Permanent, Full-time Hours: Monday to Friday, 8.30am to 5.00pm Travel: Occasional planned travel to Stevenswood branches, with travel arrangements and expenses covered Right to Work: Applicants must already have the right to work in the UK. The Role Polyframe Products Ltd is looking for an experienced Group Health and Safety Manager to lead Health, Safety and Environmental activity across the Group. Based primarily at the Lenwade manufacturing site, this is a key role responsible for driving HSE compliance, improving safety performance and promoting a positive safety culture across Polyframe Products Ltd and Stevenswood Trade Counters Ltd. The role would suit an experienced Health and Safety Manager, HSE Manager, SHE Manager, EHS Manager, HSEQ Manager or Health, Safety and Environmental Manager with strong manufacturing experience, excellent knowledge of UK Health and Safety legislation and the confidence to influence at both operational and senior management level.
